These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase made through it, operated by Inkfluent (ABN 81 174 354 438) ("Inkfluent", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
Products and pricing
All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST only where stated at checkout. We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate, but errors can occur — if we discover a pricing or listing error after you've ordered, we'll contact you before charging or shipping anything, and you may cancel for a full refund. Products are made to order by our print-on-demand partner; colours may vary slightly from what's shown on screen.
Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we confirm your order. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (e.g. suspected fraud, pricing error, stock issue), in which case any payment taken will be refunded.
Shipping
We currently ship within Australia only. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are estimates, not guarantees — delays with our print/fulfilment partner or courier are outside our control.

Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Intellectual property
All designs, logos, product imagery, and site content are owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any other loss arising from your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one posted on this page.
